Therapy for everyone

Services
We offer individual counseling and psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults. Our therapists specialize in evidence based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy. We provide treatment for some of the following presenting problems: depression, anxiety, stress/anger management, adjustment difficulties, chronic illness, ADHD, behavioral issues, and school concerns.
Therapy assists couples in finding balance and improving their communication. This process can help partners feel more connected by developing their communication skills and identifying patterns that may impact intimacy. Couple counseling often begins after a conflict, where both couples may not agree on existing issues. We take the time to explore existing difficulties and work to find common ground and realignment.
We offer family therapy and parent consultations. Our counselors work with the entire family system in order to develop an understanding of existing family interactions, dynamics, and difficulties. One of the main goals of family therapy is to improve communication and gain new skills in how to best express one’s thoughts, feelings and actions. Our team also works with parents directly to develop helpful strategies and behavioral plans for children.
Our practice offers groups that are aimed at addressing mood, anxiety, life issues, relationships, and other concerns. Groups provide opportunities to share and process thoughts, feelings, and experiences, in a setting that is supportive and free of judgement. These groups have a rolling enrollment schedule. For more information, please contact us to schedule a screening call with one of our facilitators. Existing groups are for adults, as well as adolescents.
